Drive your store’s profitability by:

• 스토어 매출 및 수익 목표 달성하기 위한 노력
• 매장 내 모든 자원을 관리하여 효과적인 고객 서비스를 제공
• 점장의 부재 시 점장의 책임 업무를 수행

• Meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets
• Managing all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience
• Leading team during the absence of Store Manager 

Key responsibilities

 Sales

• 아이디어와 개선안을 적극적으로 논의
• 관련된 데이터를 분석하여 매장의 수익성을 극대화하기 위해 노력
• 고객 서비스 및 판매에 소요되는 시간을 효율적으로 관리하여 매장내 생산성 및 수익성에 집중할 수 있도록 지원
• 매장 내 이벤트를 기획하고 실행
• 매장 판매의 지속적인 개선을 추진하기 위해 개선이 필요한 영역을 해결
• Co-work to set yearly/quarterly target with SM, and decide monthly target of the store
• Take full ownership of the store and maximize store profitability by analyzing relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
• Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor to focus on store’s sales, productivity and profitability
• Plan and execute events to increase sales
• Address identified improvement areas to drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales

 People

• 매장 내 인원을 채용하고 매장 교육의 전 과정을 수행
• 명확한 기대치를 설정하고 성능을 분석하여 높은 성과 문화를 창출
• District manager와 협업하여 잠재력 있는 직원을 발굴하고 개발
• 모든 매장 직원이 제품 및 판매 스킬 교육을 통해 지식을 습득하고 내용을 업무에 적용하도록 보장
• 지속적으로 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 코칭 및 학습 기회 모색
• Execute the whole process the recruitment and training of store team members in order to attract and retain right people in the store
• Create a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate
• Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder
• Ensure all store team members are trained on product and selling skill trainings to ensure the staffs have most up to date product knowledge and selling skills and apply their learning to their day to day work
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance

 Operation

• 정해진 정책 및 절차에 따라 스토어 운영을 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리
• 도착 당일에 상품 배송이 완료되고 매장 내 상품 제공이 즉시 이루어지도록 보장
• 정기적인 재고점검을 통해 재고의 손실감소 및 관리
• 설정된 모든 VM 및 매장 내 커뮤니케이션이 일관성 있게 실행되고 유지되도록 보장
• 현금 운용 및 보안에 대한 책임
• 안전하고 효율적인 매장 환경을 운영
• Manage all store operations in a systematic and efficient manner, as per established policies and procedures
• Ensure merchandise deliveries are processed on the same day they arrive and the store’s entire product offer is made immediately
• Take responsibility of inventory with regular inventory check, reduce loss and manage the volume
• Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store
• Take responsibility of confirming cash operation and security
• Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment
