- Develop and maintain go-to-market strategies and IMC plans on both brand/product level
- Plan, ute and monitor media buys to be in line with communications strategy
- Manage the production of communications materials along with marketing initiatives
- Plan and ute social media and digital advertising campaigns
- Brainstorm and create digital/social media marketing contents
- Build and manage influencer relations and content marketing
- Develop and maintain co-marketing opportunity with other brand/retail partners
- Manage and collaborate with marketing agencies where necessary
- Manage marketing spends and budget forecasts on a regular basis
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 3 to 7 years’ work experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Experience in a global company preferred
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- A creative and consumer-centric mindset
